01What does My Parents Concierge do?

We provide practical, non-medical support for older adults and their families. Services include transportation, companionship, wellness check visits, errands, grocery shopping, technology help, appointment support, home coordination, and family updates.
02Who can use your services?

Our services are designed for older adults who would benefit from dependable day-to-day support, as well as adult children and other family members arranging help for a loved one.
03Where do you provide services?

We support families across York Region and North York, including Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, Aurora, Newmarket, King City, and North York.
04Are you a medical or home-care provider?

No. My Parents Concierge provides non-medical support. We do not provide nursing care, medical treatment, personal support worker services, medication administration, or emergency care.
05Can you accompany someone to a medical appointment?

Yes. We can provide transportation, help with check-in, offer companionship, take optional notes, and ensure a safe return home. We do not interpret medical information or make healthcare decisions.
06Can family members receive updates?

Yes. With the older adult’s consent, we can provide updates by text or email after visits, weekly, or at another frequency agreed upon in the support plan.
07Can we choose more than one service?

Absolutely. You can book one service or combine several into a flexible plan shaped around your loved one’s routines, preferences, and changing needs.
08Do you offer packages or discounts for multiple services?

Yes. We can combine several services into a personalized support package. Packages that include multiple services may qualify for additional discounts. Contact us to discuss the best combination and pricing for your family.
09How do you arrange home repairs or contractors?

We can help identify concerns, contact trusted professionals, schedule appointments, and coordinate access. Repair costs and contractor payments remain the family’s responsibility.
10What happens in the free consultation?

The complimentary consultation lasts up to 20 minutes. We learn about your situation, discuss which services may help, answer questions, and outline practical next steps.
11How do we get started?
